Street Latin Salsa has swept the world by storm due to it’s addictive music & rhythms, stylish dance moves and fun lifestyle. This workshop is for everyone (OPEN Level) and will incorporate partnerwork, shines, body styling and timing to get you moving like an authentic native latin dancer as influenced by the various styles from Latin America, Puerto Rico & Cuba.

At the end of this 6 week course we will hold a Party night social at Dance Studio 101 where students get to dress up and try out their moves and invite their friends...your very own nightclub!

The class is a basic Jazz class with all the classic old moves (Jazz hands), to an eclectic 80's playlist with all of those forgotten gems. We can promise you an awesome flashy dance routine sure to get the party going. To anything from Fame, Footloose, Eye of the Tiger, Madonna, M Jackson Thriller, Duran Duran and Vogue.

Share a glass of bubbly and each week we work on the big ROUTINE... with a performance to celebrate the end of the course. Dress up in your vintage lycra...grab your sweatpants, legwarmers and your girlfriends, and dance all the moves just like Darcel, Debbie and those Hot-bodied boys....the ORIGINAL Solid Gold dancers!!! A perfect way to keep fit for Summer.

Come and join the excitement and energy of Brazilian SAMBA at Dance Studio 101. A special 6 week course focused on SAMBA choreography with the influence from Brazlian Samba, Afro and Jazz , improve your SAMBA speed, presentation, body movement.

Have fun and sweat to the addictive and earthy Samba Batucada drums, whether mastering the basics or taking your performance technique to the next level! Show off what you have learnt on the dancefloor and Get fit for SUMMER!!
